Guidelines for the 2nd Kohoku Ward Food Poisoning Kawayanagi Contest

Purpose

As part of the Yokohama City Food Poisoning Prevention Campaign, we will publicize the recruitment of Kawayanagi regarding food poisoning.
The purpose is to get many people interested in food poisoning.
In addition, Kawayanagi, which was selected as an excellent work, will be used to raise awareness of food poisoning prevention for citizens.

Notes on Application

Please give me the theme of food poisoning.
As a general rule, please use the format of "5.7.5".
Limited to unpublished works.
There is no limit to the number of applications.
The copyright of the work shall belong to the Kohoku Ward Office (used for prevention of food poisoning, etc.)

Handling of Personal Information of Applicants

The applicant's personal information will be used for contacting excellent winners and sending prizes, and will not be used for any other purpose.

How to apply

Please apply to Kohoku Ward Health Sanitation Division by mail, fax, directly to the counter, or by e-mail. When applying, please specify Address, name, age (teens, twenties, etc.), Phone number, works (Kawayanagi), and pseudonym.

How to present excellent works

In late October of the same year, it will be posted on the Kohoku Ward Office website and the winners will be notified separately. For about one month in November of the same year, posters will be posted on the bulletin board of the Kohoku Ward Office.
