For citizens who wish to quit smoking, we provide free smoking cessation consultations in Health and Welfare Center. Please feel free to contact your Health and Welfare Center in your ward as you can receive continuous smoking cessation support.

[Notice] Please note that tests using exhaled breath may not be carried out to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
We also incorporate tests such as measurement of the concentration of carbon monoxide in exhaled breath (*), and provide smoking cessation support while objectively checking the effects of smoking on the body.
※Tobacco contains more than 200 kinds of harmful ingredients. Among them, the typical harmful components are "nicotine", "tar" and "carbon monoxide (CO)". Exhaustrated carbon monoxide concentration measurement is a test that quantitatively measures the concentration of carbon monoxide into the body due to smoking and quantitatively.
