●health check-up in Yokohama is for people who do not have the opportunity to receive equivalent health check-up at work or other locations (such as National Health Insurance members).
●In health check-up, it takes time to get results. If you already have symptoms, please consult a medical institution.
●Please check the target age and consultation interval by yourself before applying.

（1） Persons 70 years old or older (born before April 1, 1955) as of April 1, 2025 (only periodontal disease, only those 70 years old as of the date of consultation. At the time of consultation, you know your age, such as an insurance card or license.

（2） Persons aged 65 to 69 who have a certain degree of disability and are insured by the medical system for elder senior citizens (Please bring your insurance card at the time of consultation)
