0-3 points

Low (Light Smoker)

In general, the lower the nicotine dependence, the easier it is. Nicotine withdrawal symptoms are not so bad. On the other hand, there may be a strong tendency to depend on habits. Unlike nicotine dependence, habit dependence is psychological or something like "Kuse", so there are some troublesome aspects. Don't be careless.
4 to 6 points

Normal (middle smoker)

This is the average level of nicotine dependence. For about a week after you start smoking cessation, you may suffer from nicotine withdrawal symptoms both physically and mentally. Of course, there are individual differences, but you need to be prepared to some extent. The key to success lies in choosing the right smoking method for you. We recommend that you quit smoking with a smoking cessation aid.
7 to 10 points

High (heavy smoker)

Due to the high dependence on nicotine, smoking cessation increases the withdrawal symptoms. However, in these symptoms, if nicotine is removed from the body, it will be easier. The duration of the symptoms varies from person to person, but consider it 2 to 4 weeks. In order to survive this difficult time, we strongly recommend that you consult a medical institution and receive smoking cessation treatment.

Once you know your dependence, you're finally trying to quit smoking.
