In order to enhance the provision system for pediatric home medical care, we will support some of the equipment costs related to pediatric home-visit nursing.

Home-visit nursing stations that provide pediatric home-visit nursing
※This subsidy is provided to provide new pediatric home-visit nursing at home-visit nursing stations that have not previously provided pediatric home-visit nursing.
　If you would like to apply for a grant, please contact us before purchasing equipment.

Within three months from the day following the day on which the purchase cost of the subsidized equipment was paid.

The following equipment used exclusively for children or newborns
※Disposable items are not eligible.

Oh Sphygmomanometer
Oh Stethoscope
※We compare half of expense with 100,000 yen and assist lower sum.
※If a fraction of less than 1,000 yen occurs in calculating the subsidy, fractions less than 1,000 yen will be rounded down.
※Expenses such as consumption tax, postage, maintenance fee, compensation fee, transfer fee, etc. are not covered by the subsidy.

Within three months from the day following the payment of the purchase cost of the equipment to be subsidized, the following documents shall be sent to the following application / inquiries.

□ Documents that show details of equipment to be subsidized (copy of pamphlet, etc.)
□ Documents certifying the payment of the equipment to be subsidized (copy of receipt)
□ Documents (copy of pamphlets, websites, etc.) that can confirm that pediatric home visits are being carried out
