Recruitment of Yokohama-shi pediatric home-visit nursing equipment maintenance subsidy in 2023

In order to enhance the provision system for pediatric home medical care, we will support a part of the equipment expenses pertaining to pediatric home care.

Home-visit nursing stations that provide home-visit nursing
※This subsidy will be provided to provide new pediatric home-visit nursing at home-visit nursing stations that have not provided pediatric home-visit nursing.
　If you would like to apply for a grant, please contact us before purchasing equipment.

Within three months from the day after the purchase cost of the subsidized equipment was paid

The following equipment used exclusively for children or newborns
※Disposable items are not eligible.
Oh Pulse oximeter
Oh Pulse oximeter probe
Oh Sphygmomanometer
Oh Stethoscope
※We compare half of expense with 100,000 yen and assist low sum.
※When fraction less than 1,000 yen occurs in calculation of subsidy, fraction less than 1,000 yen is rounded down.
※Various expenses such as consumption tax, postage, maintenance fee, compensation fee, transfer fee, etc. are not covered by the subsidy.

Within three months from the day after the payment of the equipment to be subsidized, the following documents must be sent to the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Regional Medical Section Home Health Care Coordinator.

□ Documents (copy of pamphlets, etc.) that provide details of equipment to be subsidized
□ Documents (copy of receipt) proving payment of equipment to be subsidized
□ Documents (pamphlets, copies of websites, etc.) that confirm that child home-visit nursing is being carried out
