１．Payment of welfare equipment purchase expenses

When an insured person who has nursing care / support certification purchases a specific welfare tool from a specific welfare equipment sales company to use it at home, a part of the welfare equipment purchase cost will be refunded.

※If you live in a paid nursing home with nursing care or a group home, you cannot use it in principle.

※You cannot refund unless you purchase from a company designated by the prefectural governor (Yokohama City for businesses in Yokohama City) as a "specific welfare equipment sales company".

１．Toilet seat	Those who fall under any of the following. ・It is placed on a Japanese-style toilet and converted into a sitting style. ・It is placed on a Western-style toilet to supplement the height. ・Electrical or spring type that has a function that can assist you when getting up from the toilet seat ・Toilet toilet consisting of toilet seats, buckets, etc., which can be moved. (Limited to those that can be used in the living room.)
２．Replaceable parts of automatic excrement treatment equipment	Replaceable parts for The Long-term Care Insurance's "automatic excretion treatment equipment," which is a lending facility for welfare equipment.
３．Excretion prediction support equipment	It detects the condition inside the bladder and estimates the amount of urine, and notifies the home care recipient of the opportunity of urination to the home care recipient or the person who cares for it
４．Bathing aids	Equipment for the purpose of assisting in bathing, such as maintaining a sitting position, getting in and out of the bathtub, etc., and that falls under any of the following. ・Bathing chair ・Handrails for bathtubs ・Chair in bath tub ・Bathing table (a table used over the edge of the bathtub, for entering and exiting the bathtub) ・In the bathroom ・Supper in the bathtub ・Bathing assistance belt
５．Simple bath tub	Those that can be easily moved by air type or folding type, etc., and do not involve construction for water intake or drainage
６．Lifting equipment for moving lift	The Long-term Care Insurance's fishing equipment for "mobile lift"
７．Slope (*)	Limited to those for eliminating steps and do not involve installation work.
８．Walker (*)	It has a function to supplement the walking function of people who have difficulty walking, has a structure that supports weight when moving, has a quadruped, and can be held with upper limbs and moved.
９. Walking aids (*)	Limited to Canadian clutch, loofstland clutch, platform clutch and multi-dot cane.

（※） 7, 8, and 9 have been added to the target events from April 1, 2024. (For 7, 8, and 9, you can select either "Lend" or "Purchase". Please consult with a care manager or a designated company for welfare equipment. )

３．Amount paid

90% of the purchase price (80% or 70% if you have a certain level of income)

※There is a refund limit (annual) as follows:

・When the burden ratio is 10% → 90,000 yen

・When the burden ratio is 20% → 80,000 yen

・When the burden ratio is 30% → 70,000 yen

※As a general rule, items purchased and paid in the past or the same type cannot be purchased in duplicate.

※In addition to the above, the following two are required when applying for a benefit for "excretion prediction support device". For the preparation of documents, please consult with the designated company of the supplier.
