a.Medical treatment for severely disabled persons at home
※The Yokohama City Home Care Allowance for Persons with Disabilities was abolished on April 1, 2010
| Target person | Those who have Address for more than 6 months in the prefecture as of August 1 (base date), and fall under the following disability requirements. However, those who have entered (hospital) facilities or hospitals for more than three months continuously for one year until the day before the base date (August 1 of the previous year to July 31 this year) are not eligible . (Paid nursing homes, group homes, care homes, etc. are eligible, hospitalization for those under 20 years old.) Those who are 65 years old or older and have obtained a disability certificate for the first time are not eligible. (Those who received the allowance for severely disabled persons at home in Kanagawa Prefecture in 2009 can receive it.) |
