Mutual Aid System for Persons with Disabilities (Gathering Mutual Aid)

Subscribers (guardians) fall under all of 1 to 3.

①The age as of April 1 of the year of enrollment must be under 65 years old.
②Do not have any illness or disability that cannot be covered by insurance contract.
③Having a Address in the city.

Children with disabilities and persons fall under any of the 4-6.

④Children and persons with intellectual disabilities
⑤Person who has 1st to 3rd grade certificate of the physically disabled
⑥A person with a permanent mental or physical disability as 4 or 5

Subscribers pay a premium, and if the subscriber dies or becomes severely disabled, pension (20,000 yen per unit) will be paid to children with disabilities for a lifetime.

①You can subscribe up to 2 units per person.

　The premium is 9,300 yen to 23,300 yen per unit per month depending on the time of subscription and the age at the time of subscription.
　※There is also a system for reduction of taxes.

②If a child with a disability or person dies before the pension is paid for one year or more, condolence money will be paid.
(30,000 yen to 250,000 yen per unit depending on the subscription period and subscription period)

③If you withdraw voluntarily after 5 years of enrollment, you will receive a lump-sum withdrawal payment.
(45,000 yen to 250,000 yen per unit depending on the subscription period and subscription period)

④Payments made will not be refunded.

Health and Welfare Center in each ward
Persons with disabilities are in Elderly and Disabled Support Division if they are 18 years old or older and Children and Families Support Division if they are under 18 years old.
