1. Applicants must be at least 20 years old as of the date of application
2. Being disabled at home (not entering a facility)
3. Have not been admitted to a hospital for more than three months
4. The annual income must be below the standard
5. The following disability requirements are met:
   Being in a state where special care is required at all times in daily life due to severe severe mental or physical disability

[Account] ¥28,840 per month (as of April 2024)
※Once approved, payment will be made from the month following the application date.
In February, May, August, and November, the allowance up to the previous month will be paid.
[Required items] Personal Number (My Number) can be confirmed
Identity verification documents (If a person other than the person submits a notification, the identification document of that person is also required.)
Those whose income status can be confirmed, medical certificate for allowance (*), passbook of the person's savings, etc
※As a general rule, please submit a medical certificate in the prescribed format (within 3 months). For more information, please contact Health and Welfare Center in advance.
