Work in the team, support of seniors

Before joining the agency, I thought I would work for each occupation, so I was full of anxiety. In fact, I often work in pairs with a public health nurse instead of one person, and work in consultation with other organizations. Working in a team is able to learn perspectives from various angles and become a study. In addition, when in trouble, not only trainers but also other seniors in the workplace will consult, so I can work with peace of mind.

The joy and rewarding when we can build relationships

It is important to build a relationship with the other party in support, but it is also difficult to create this relationship. We strive to deepen our relationship little by little, starting with the feeling that the family is necessary and easy to accept. As I continue to be involved persistently, parents who did not respond have consultations on problems, and children have been contacted to ask for their concerns, and I feel joy and rewarding. .

A person who cares about growth and pushs his back-From a trainee (young staff)

The trainer always cares about my growth, stops even when I'm busy, and teaches me gently and carefully.
It is a support for me, such as pushing my back when I'm not confident and consulting when I'm stuck or painful, so I can work with peace of mind. The trainer is my goal and a longing for me.
