An atmosphere where you can consult with regardless of occupation
We provide individual support such as home visits to the elderly, disabled, and people in incurable disease, and in cooperation with the Regional Comprehensive Support Center, such as planning courses on dementia and nursing care prevention.
I can consult across occupations, so I try to think from multiple perspectives.
It is important to listen to the voices of the residents.
We respect the thoughts, values, and the history of the region because we have lived in the land for a long time, and we support them while snuggling up with the residents. Since even one municipality has different characteristics for each ward, an environment where you can gain various experiences and continue to learn is attractive.

We have a health and medical perspective, and are responsible for initial response to inappropriate childcare support. There are times when it is directly linked to the life of a child, and to worry about
However, I value teamwork is important.

Workplaces that lead to diverse experiences and growth
I had the opportunity to work in various workplaces in government ordinance-designated cities, and I was fascinated to gain more experience as a public health nurse.
There are experienced seniors and bosses, and there is always an environment where you can consult with children and caregivers regardless of occupation, which leads to your own growth.
