  • Consideration to the district and surrounding landscape

Avoid installing the rooftop as much as possible, keep it to the minimum necessary, and be careful not to pollute the dignity of the city.
  • Prohibition of the installation of rental advertising
Don't install rental advertisements unrelated to buildings and sites.
  • Prohibition of installation of signboards in sidewalk-like open spaces
Do not install signboards in sidewalk-like open spaces so as not to hinder pedestrian traffic.
  • Installation of signboards on the border line promenade in consideration of pedestrian traffic
When installing a signboard in the open space of the border line promenade, be careful not to hinder pedestrian traffic.
  • High-quality design in the lower part of the sleeve signboard
In principle, the sleeves should be installed in the lower part of the building, and create a high-quality design that contributes to the formation of the cityscape by creating the fun and bustle of the city. In addition, let's try to consolidate it so that it doesn't become complicated.
  • Integration of wallboards and wall advertising with building design
Wall signs, wall use advertisements, and window advertisements should be integrated so as not to impair the wall design of the building.
