Guide 5 of Shinyamashita Daiichi District Town Planning Agreement

Last Updated March 26, 2019

5.Green Space, Planting and Landscape

  • Securing green spaces
Based on the current situation of the poorly moist area, secure enough green space on the premises.
(The "Ordinance to Create and Raise a Green Environment" requires that factories, offices, and offices with a site area of 1,000 m2 or more be greened at least 15% of the area.)
In particular, let's actively promote planting by Takagi, which has a great effect on the formation of green shades and the improvement of the environment, such as shading and sound insulation.
  • Consideration for the environment and environment in and around the district
Consider the scenery when viewed from Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen), etc., and actively promote greening using the rooftops and walls of the building. In addition, try to create an eco-friendly urban space that takes into account the local ecosystem, such as by using permeable pavement materials for the exterior of the building, such as sidewalk-like open space and on-site open space.
