Guide 5 of Shinyamashita First District Town Planning Agreement 5

Last Updated March 26, 2019

5.Green spaces, planting, and landscape

  • Securing green spaces
Let's secure enough green space on site based on the current situation of the district where moisture is poor.
(In the “Ordinance for Creating and Raising a Green Environment,” factories, offices, and offices with a site area of 1,000 m2 or more are required to green more than 15% of the area.)
In particular, let's actively promote planting by Takagi, which has a great effect on environmental improvement such as the formation of green shade and shading and sound insulation.
  • Consideration for the environment and the surrounding environment
Consider the scenery when looking down from Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen), etc., let's actively use greening the rooftop and wall of the building. In addition, let's try to form an environmentally friendly urban space that takes into account the local ecosystem, such as using permeable pavement materials for the exterior of the building, such as sidewalk-shaped open spaces and open spaces on the premises.
