Last Updated March 26, 2019

1.Shared site

In order to make effective use of land, such as expanding the greening area and consolidating entrances at parking lots, let's try to share small-scale and irregular sites with adjacent sites.

Shared site

  • Ensuring integrity between sidewalks and sidewalk-like open spaces
In principle, between the sidewalk and the sidewalk-shaped open space, make sure to create a continuous space that does not raise awareness of the site boundary, such as using an integrated pavement without steps.
  • Formation of a continuous space from streets to buildings
Make sure that there is a continuous space between the sidewalk-shaped open space, the border promenade, and the vacant lot on the premises. If you have to set up fences and fences near the site on management and anti-crime program, use them as hedges, and try to improve the comfort of the district.
  • Installation of planting belts along sidewalk open space
Tree planting Takagi as much as possible or provide a planting zone on the inside of the site along the sidewalk-like open space to provide moisture to the street space.
