９．Colors and Materials
- Adoption of bright and calm basic colors
The color of the outer wall of the building has low saturation (about 3 or less Munsell value saturation), bright colors (about 6 or more brightness), except when partially used as accents or bustling, etc. Let's use the base color. In addition, let's have a calm gray color scheme for the roof and rooftop.
(However, if you do not depend on this, let's talk with the town planning promotion committee determined separately.) - Use of materials in consideration of harmony with the surroundings
The materials of the building outer wall should be in harmony with the surrounding buildings and canal scenery.
