-To create a "hometown of the heart" for the children who will bear the future-

Izumi-Chuo District
Chairman, Isamu Neighborhood Association, Izumi-Chuo Alliance
After taking office as chairman, I have promised five goals to the local community.
1) Establishment of a hall where local residents can gather
2) Joint anti-crime program Patrol andanti-crime program
3) Creating hometowns for children by holding the "Hometown Festival"
4) By displaying the house, it makes life easier, such as emergency response, mail, and luggage delivery.
5) Creating a beautiful city with good prospects through the implementation of “Izumi River Cleanup Activities” and others
Together with the local community, we have been able to achieve all of these five goals in the last 10 years.
Among these goals, I have put particular emphasis on "hometown creation" so that local children can love the area where they spend their precious childhood.
For children, the area where they grew up will be their hometowns. I can't forget the scenery of the city that I played when I was a child. How about you?
The Sakura Festival is held at the time of graduation (late March), but at the end, when elementary school children sang school songs, I saw the tears of the children and teachers and thought that it was good to do it from my heart .
I think that the case of "ducks", which creates opportunities for community participation, will be very helpful.
It is very important to create an atmosphere where people can easily participate in local activities.
By setting up a meeting place in the park and maintaining the entire park, more children and parents have come more than before.
There are places in the area where you can gather regularly, and it is important to gather and talk. Therefore, we proposed to create a meeting place in Izumichuo Park. With the creation of a place where people of a wide range of generations, from children to the elderly, can gather, the number of people who participate in various local activities has increased, and new leaders have been born, and various ideas. By consolidating, the area will be fine.
If you think "for children", you can do as much as you want.
If you are going to start local activities in the future, I hope that you can find out what you want to do as much as you can through participating in local events.
