In the housing complex area of Kamiiida, there are two salons in addition to the salon introduced here.

In the housing complex district of Kamiiida, people from the federation, community associations, local welfare officers, children's committees, health activities promotion staff, etc. play a central role.

This time, we spoke with Hitomi Sano, Chairman of the Neighborhood Association of the Kamiiida housing complex Association, about the activities of salons in the housing complex area of Kamiiida.

The Kamiiida housing complex area has an aging rate of over 50% and there are many single-person households. We continue watching activities.

"Kamiiida Warm Area Community Cafe" has been working for three years to create a place where people can easily gather on a daily basis. There were many voices from the local people who wanted to continue, so we continued to take over in the area. The leaders are the association, the district association, and the district children's association.

"Kamiiida Warm Area Community Cafe" is held every Wednesday at the 1st Meeting House.

There is no special program in this salon. The staff only need to open the venue and prepare tea. From 10 am to 3 pm, just watch out how you have fun.

Also, I don't say anything to impose, such as "Be sure to come" so that everyone can easily participate. When you want to come, I think it's most important to have a salon there. There are people in the area who have various circumstances, and we do not step into it, but we try to create a place where everyone can have fun.

Those who participate can come when they want to come. When I want to go home. I heard that I got along here, spent lunch here, and went shopping and went on a trip together in the afternoon.

Here, each person spends whatever they like. Perhaps because of its ease, there are many male users and enjoy Go and shogi. It seems that women are blossoming exclusively talking.

Ten years ago, a meetinghouse was established in eleventh Neighborhood Association. At first, we started with Mr. Mizuno and I. At first, trial and error from whatever. However, the number of people who cooperate after seeing the activities has increased by one or two, and now it has eight.

Mr. Mizuno was also an ikebana teacher, so I decided to do a flower arrangement, but it was very popular, and there were many voices saying `` I want you to do it every time '' and `` I want you to continue forever '', and it has been missing for 10 years Has never been done. Now, everyone gets the tricks and finish it in no time. In addition, we had users think together, such as crafts and gymnastics to prevent dementia, and we made salon together.

The "Sundamari no Kai" aims to be a place where everyone can easily drop in. Rather than deciding the date due to the staff's convenience, we decide on the third Wednesday of every month and always hold it.

All salons are operated by volunteering. Mr. Sano, 80-year-old goes shopping voluntarily, and says, "I'll help you with this much."

When I asked the person in charge of shopping, he said, "Because I lived alone, I don't usually shop much, but I do shopping while thinking of everyone's face. I'm glad that I have a role. "

Mr. Wada, who is teaching gymnastics, was originally a salon user. He went to the gymnastics class himself and wanted to tell everyone, and then raised his hand as a volunteer.

Experience making Christmas wreaths. While there are voices saying that moving their hands will refresh their minds, users who have participated for a long time due to poor physical condition will receive a warm voice saying, "Is it okay?"

"I'm happy to feel the season," said an 80-year-old user.

Decorate small beads that look like snow are decorated with toothpicks on a snow-covered torch. She showed a Christmas ornament near completion, and smiled, saying, "I've been dexterous for a long time."

We always exchange information with Care Plaza and the Ward Shakyo, call out to those who are worried while watching over, and set the schedule so that those who have come after a long time can spend their time with peace of mind. In addition, in housing complex, Kamiiida, the leading figure is also an elderly person, so attentiveness such as "good things," "do not overdo it," "you don't overdo it," and "have them when they can."
