On the day, about 50 people enjoyed the running clinic.
In the adult lesson, the coach taught me running forms, etc., and in the children's lessons, I experienced how to run fast with the players.

①Basic lesson (60 minutes) by coach and runner of Kanagawa University Ekiden Team

②Let's run with an active runner! (30 minutes)
