At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside the office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the type of Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using.

family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.

The bicycle parking lots Bike Depot at Hodogaya Ward Office is located inside the parking lot of the annex. Only Hours is open for free.

You cannot enter from the "Hodogaya police department-mae" side.
Turn right at the "Mine Elementary School Entrance" intersection (turn left from Yokosuka) and go around the parking lot entrance from Hoshikawa Station side.

Enter Yokohama Shindo and exit the Mineoka exit.
Take National Route 16 toward Yokosuka for about 1km and turn right at "Mine Elementary School Entrance".

Go straight ahead at the traffic light at the Fujitsuka exit. Ride along Yokohama Shindo for about 1.5 km and turn right at the traffic light in front of Hoshikawa Chuo Park.
Pass under the overpass and turn left at Hodogaya Ward Office.

8:00-18:00 (8:00 to 12:30 on Saturday open agency day)
From 18:00 to 8:00 the following day (12:30 to 8:00 the next day on Saturday open agency day), entry and exit is not possible.
It is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Due to congestion at the counter, etc., the amount exceeding 60 minutes will be charged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

1. Person with a disability and the caregiver (please show certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love, health and welfare notebook for the mentally ill.)
2. Low-emission vehicles (limited to those using electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and natural gas vehicles) Please present your vehicle inspection certificate.

1. There is a step between the entrances of the main building and the annex, so please use the slope installed near the entrance before entering.
2. If you come by car, please proceed from the parking lot to the main building (1st basement floor) or the annex (1st floor) and use the elevator.

• Please use the connecting passage on the first floor to visit the main building and annex.

A writing board is available. At the counter, please tell us "I would like to use the writing board."
