I would like to submit a notification of change in the industrial waste disposal business. What should I do?

Notification is required when we abolish all or a part of the industrial waste disposal business, or when there is a change in the contents pertaining to the disposal business (location of location, change of representative, etc.).
Please submit the notification within 10 days after the change (or 30 days if a corporation needs to attach a certificate of registration).

registration form should use the documents obtained in one of the following methods 1 or 2.

　We can download from "about the abolition, change notice of industrial waste disposal business" in homepage of business waste measures section.

2 Directly obtained
　Please come to the Office of Business Waste Management Section.

There is a method of coming to the next agency or mail.

1 Next agency
　Reception days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays).
　Reception hours is from 845 to 11:45 a.m. and from 1 to 5 p.m.
2 Mailing
　Please send a copy of the copy (possible).
　The duplicate will be returned after receiving registration form, so please enclose a return envelope with a postage stamp attached.
