I would like to submit a notification of a change in the industrial waste disposal business. What should I do?

Notification is required when abolishing all or part of the industrial waste treatment business, etc., or when there is a change in the contents related to the treatment business (location of location, change of representative, etc.).
Please submit the notification within 10 days after the change (if a corporation needs to attach a certificate of entry, within 30 days).

For registration form, please use the documents obtained in one of the following ways:

1 Download from the website

2 Direct acquisition
　Please come to the Business Waste Management Section window.

There is a method of visiting the agency or mailing.

1 Visiting Agency
　Reception days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays).
　Reception hours is from 8:45 am to 11:45 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
2 Mailing
　Please send the original copy and duplicate copy.
　The duplicate will be returned after the receipt of registration form, so please enclose a return envelope with a postage stamp.
