What kind of procedure is required if I decide to enter a long-term care insurance facility outside the city?

Those who are enrolled in The Long-term Care Insurance in Yokohama City (insured persons) enter nursing care insurance facilities in other municipalities (nursing homes for the elderly <nursing homes for the elderly>, nursing homes for the elderly, nursing homes for the elderly <nursing homes>), nursing homes for the elderly (paid nursing homes, light-paid nursing homes), and some of the housing for the elderly with services, the insurer will not be required to submit theresident certificate. Please notify the ward office Insurance and Pension Division before moving out.

Please bring your "The Long-term Care Insurance Insured Card" issued.
