Future projections of eight cities
Report
Utilizing the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications commissioned project `` New Wide Area Cooperation Promotion Project '' in FY2019 and FY2, in order to respond to various issues that will be calculated backward and apparent from around 2040, when the population decline is serious and the aging population peaks. We compiled a report as "future forecast of eight cities" that arranged data such as administrative demand necessary for examination of concrete cooperation measures.
※New wide-area collaboration promotion project: Basic local governments across the country provide residents with services that support people's lives, even in a declining population and a declining birthrate and aging society.
The aim is to promote diverse wide-area cooperation among local governments in order to provide them in a sustainable manner.
