Basic Plan for Use of Sites (July 2011)

　The former Tomioka Warehouse district was returned to Japan from the US military in May 2009. In Motoichi, the future image of the use of the former site was determined in the "U.S. Army Facility Return Site Use Guidelines (established in 2006)" for six U.S. military facilities in the city that were agreed to return in 2004, and along with these guidelines, "Yokohama City Site" has been considered as a specific initiative in the "Yokohama City Site Use Action Plan (established in 20007, revised in 2011111201001").
　Based on the progress of the studies in the past projects, etc., the basic plan for the use of the site of the entire former Tomioka Warehouse area has been established as follows.

About sounding-type market research (second time)

　Yokohama City is examining the possibility of land use at the former Tomioka Warehouse District Nosekiba.
　In fiscal 2022, we conducted the first sounding-type market survey and asked a wide range of ideas from businesses, regardless of special requirements, such as the content of utilization and business methods.
　Based on the content of the first time, we conducted a second sounding-type market survey with the aim of determining the applications to be guided for full-scale utilization of the target area.
　

Overview of Dialogue　※It's finished

(For details, please refer to the guidelines.)
Participants:	Corporations or corporate groups interested in utilizing the former Tomioka Warehouse District Nozumiba and intending to become the implementing entity of the project, etc. ※It does not matter whether or not you participate in the first dialogue.
Target business	Based on the “4 Preconditions, contents you would like to propose, etc.” described in the implementation guidelines, please propose the maintenance contents and local contribution measures for the land use of the former Tomioka Warehouse District Nozumiba. In addition, if necessary, please propose the contents of maintenance, local contribution measures, etc. for integrated use of land, including the former Tomioka Warehouse District Nozumiba and the adjacent land "former national government dormitory".
Method of dialogue	Direct or online dialogue (scheduled for about one hour per business operator) ※In principle, the staff of cooperating companies requested by the city will also be present in the dialogue. ※In order to protect ideas and know-how, dialogue will be conducted individually.
Implementation period	From Monday, July 31, Reiwa 5 to Thursday, August 31, Reiwa 5 ※Excluding weekends and holidays ※The specific date and time will be adjusted after application.

　We will conduct a sounding-type market survey (the first time) on the contents of utilization and business methods from businesses. For full-scale utilization, we will ask for a wide range of ideas regardless of special requirements, such as not only full utilization of the target area but also partial utilization and participation in planning, and use them as a reference for future utilization studies.
　We will publish a summary of the results of a sounding-type market survey (first time) conducted from November 14 to December 23, Reiwa 4.
