Use of the former Koshiba Oil Storage Facility

The former Koshiba oil storage facility returned in December 2005 is currently being developed as a city park in Environmental Planning Bureau.

- The Japan-U.S. Joint Committee agreed to return a partial return.
- October, 2005
- The Japan-US Joint Committee agreed to return the entire land area and a part of the restricted waters.
- December, 2005
- Proposal on the use of the former site of the return facility (Yokohama City Return Facility Site Use Design Exploratory Committee)
- December, 2005
- The entire land area and part of the restricted water area have been returned.
