Basic Plan for Use of Sites (March 2018)
Regarding the use of the former Fukaya communication station returned on June 30, 2014, based on opinions on the use of the former site sent by citizens, including Izumi Ward and Totsuka Ward, in September 2014, The concept of the former Fukaya Communication Station Site Basic Plan (draft) "in June 2016, the Fukaya Communication Station Site Use Basic Plan (draft) (interim report) "in June 2016, the Fukaya Communication Site Use Basic Plan (draft) (interim report) "in July 2017. After that, we solicited citizens' opinions and formulated the "Fukaya Communication Station Site Use Basic Plan" in March 2018 as a basic policy for the use of the former site.
In the future, we will proceed with environmental impact assessment and city planning procedures, and promote the use of the former site.

Initiatives for Provisional Use
We conclude management trust contract with country and use provisionally in baseball other than passage necessary for civic life and open space used by neighboring people.

- Dangerous acts such as golf and radio controls (including drones)
- Access to car and motorcycle aisles

The baseball stadium on the site of the Fukaya Communication Station holds a liaison meeting organized between Motoichi and users, and operates while coordinating with users.
Recruitment of teams wishing to use the former Fukaya Tsushin Stadium baseball stadium in 2024 has been closed.
