About publication of Yokohama specific compound tourist facility setting administration business operation policy, start of open call for participants of setting administration business plan and proposal summary publication of additional concept offer

In response to changes in socio-economic conditions due to the advent of a declining population society and the progress of a super-aging society, Yokohama City is studying and preparing for the realization of a specific complex tourist facility area in Yamashita-Futo (hereinafter referred to as the "IR Area") as one method for continuing to grow and develop in the future.
We have compiled a policy on realizing the development of the IR area as an implementation policy, including the significance and goals of the development of the IR area in Yokohama City, the requirements necessary for implementing this project, and the method of selecting the prospective installation and operation project planners. Based on the purpose of this implementation policy, we will jointly apply to the government and start a public offering (RFP) for private businesses that intend to set up and operate IR facilities. In addition, we will announce the outline of the proposal for an additional concept proposal (additional RFC) related to the establishment and operation of a specific complex tourist facility (IR) in Yamashita-Futo, Yokohama, which was implemented last year.
