Proposal for Concept Recruitment for Realizing IR (Integrated Resort)

Yokohama City is studying and preparing for the realization of a specific complex tourist facility area (hereinafter referred to as the "IR area") in Yamashita-Futo based on the Act on the Development of Specified Complex Tourist Facilities Area (hereinafter referred to as the "IR Area") as one method to continue to grow and develop in the future, even in the event of changes in socio-economic conditions due to population decline and the development of a super-aging society.
Along with this, in order to refer to the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Development Law, we solicited concept proposals (Request for Concept) (Request for Concept) (Request for Concept). (hereinafter “RFC”) has been implemented, and a summary of the proposal will be announced.
In addition, RFCs will be implemented in order to receive proposals from private business operators regarding measures against COVID-19 infections and ensuring compliance with IR operators.
