Announcement of proposals for concept recruitment for the realization of IR (integrated resort) and additional recruitment

Yokohama City is studying and preparing for the realization of a specific complex tourist facility area (hereinafter referred to as the "IR Area") in Yamashita-Futo, in accordance with the Act on the Development of Specified Complex Tourist Facilities Areas (hereinafter referred to as the "IR Area"), even if the socio-economic situation changes due to the expected population decline and the progress of a super-aging society.
Along with this, in order to refer to the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Development Act, we solicit concept proposals (Request for Concept) to Yokohama City and private businesses that intend to implement the development of the IR area. The following "RFC") has been implemented, and the outline of the proposal will be announced.
In addition, an additional RFC will be implemented in order to receive proposals from private businesses regarding measures against COVID-19 infections and ensuring compliance among IR operators.
