Realization of IR (Integrated Resorts)
Yokohama City is one of the methods to continue to grow and develop in the future, even in the event of changes in socio-economic conditions due to the advent of a declining population and the development of a super-aging society. Law No. 80. In accordance with the IR Development Act), we aim to realize a specific complex tourist facility area (hereinafter referred to as the "IR area") in Yamashita-Futo.
For this reason, in order to refer to the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Development Law, a private business operator who intends to implement the IR area to refer to the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Development Law (Request for Concept).
