Toward the Realization of IR (Integrated Resort)
Yokohama City is one of the methods for continuing to grow and develop in the future, even in changes in socio-economic conditions due to the advent of a declining population society and the progress of a super-aging society. Law No. 80 of 2018. Based on the IR Maintenance Act, we aim to realize a specific complex tourist facility area in Yamashita-Futo (hereinafter referred to as the "IR Area").
For this reason, in order to refer to the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Development Act, we solicit concept proposals from private businesses that intend to implement the development of IR areas (Request for Concept). The following is called "RFC".

- Facility plan: Facility concept, type, function, scale, etc.
- Operational plan, etc.: Facility operation plan, business period, schedule, business plan, etc.
- Measures to address concerns: Measures against addiction, security, traffic, etc.

The basic concept of IR that Yokohama City aims for is used as a reference material for concept proposals based on the national IR maintenance law, enforcement order, basic policy draft, and city's past study and surveys.
