"Shonan Katsuradai town development guideline" received authorization change of local town development rule!

Sakae Ward Shonan Katsuradai District is a hilly area located in the southeastern part of JR Hongodai Station. It is a district centered on detached houses, and there are junior high schools, parks, large supermarkets and other stores in the area called the center zone in the district, and it is a very blessed area as a living environment.
The "Shonan Katsuradai Town Development Guidelines", which had been certified by the mayor as a local town development rule in this district since 2009, has received a certification change. Based on these rules, we will continue to develop towns that strive to harmonize convenience and living environment, where people can live with peace of mind.
