"Shonan Katsuradai town development guidelines" received authorization change of local town development rule!

Sakae Ward Shonan Katsuradai district is a hill located in the southeastern part of JR Hongodai Station. It is a district centered on detached houses, and there are junior high schools, parks, large supermarkets and other stores in the area called the center zone in the district.
The "Shonan Katsuradai Town Development Guidelines", which had been certified by the mayor as a local town development rule in this district since 2009, has been certified change. Based on these rules, we will continue to promote community development that strives to harmonize convenience and the living environment where people can live with peace of mind.
