At the request of the Japan Water Works Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Nisuikyo"), City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau provides emergency restoration of water supply and package support for emergency water supply to Wajima City and Shiga Town, Ishikawa Prefecture, which were severely damaged by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
In Shiga-cho, water supply was completed in all districts by March 2, and water outage was resolved.
In addition, we will continue our activities to eliminate water outages in Wajima City.
