The twelfth Kikuna Water Plaza Festival will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019. We introduce Water Works Bureau's efforts under the theme of "The Beginning of Reiwa with the Water of Yokohama-Let's Play with Water, Learn Water", and there are plenty of fun events such as performances of performers.
