In the section of water leak repair work of water pipe (20 cm in diameter, laid in 1969) buried in 1-chome Akuwa Minami, Seya-ku, which occurred on July 25, 2019, it was washed away with water leakage. A pedestrian slipped on the earth and sand and fell, causing injury.
