In section of water leak repair work of water pipe (diameter 20 cm, laid in 1969) buried in Akuwa Minami 1-chome, Seya-ku, which occurred on July 25, 2019, on road with water leakage A pedestrian slipped on the soil that was washed away and fell down, causing an injury.
