On Monday, May 13, 2024, the Hodogaya fire department Gontazaka rescue squad, who participated in the Totsuka Ward, made an error on a motorway while transporting the victim to a medical institution, resulting in a delay of approximately 13 minutes to arrive at the hospital.
In addition, when the rescue squad came into contact with the victim, it was in cardiopulmonary arrest and continued emergency rescue treatment until the arrival of the medical institution, but died after arrival.
