　On June 1st, a disaster prevention event will be held in Yokohama Disaster Risk Reduction Learning Center for children and adults! The name is "Yokohama Fire Fair 2024-Let's Prepare! Food and toilet in case of emergency."

　Due to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, the importance of food and toilets at the time of the disaster was re-evaluated. By holding an event that touches hands-on meals and toilets in emergency provisions, we aim to learn about the importance of preparing for an imminent disaster, deepen our knowledge of the self support, which protects the lives of ourselves and their families, and to encourage them to community support initiatives in the community.

　In addition to rescue performances by the special rescue squad and the performance of the Yokohama City Fire Music Band, it is an event where you can watch, experience, and enjoy learning from children to adults, so please come by all means!
