In response to those who suffered cardiopulmonary arrest during an emergency incident in Seya Ward, those who were present at the site worked together to perform appropriate lifesaving measures, thereby saving precious lives.
We will present a letter of appreciation from Chief Seya for the quick and appropriate action.
