In order to achieve the 100% fire brigade employee satisfaction rate, Aoba fire department will provide a proposal from Hachiyo Co., Ltd. and conduct fire brigade public relations using vending machines, the first fire department in Kanagawa Prefecture.
In the wake of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred on January 1, 2024, the local fire brigade worked hard to protect the lives and safety of local residents by calling for evacuation and fire-fighting activities immediately after the disaster to reaffirm the importance of community-based fire brigade.
To prepare for large-scale disasters such as the earthquake directly below the Tokyo metropolitan area, which is feared to occur in the future, we will exchange a memorandum of understanding with Hachiyo Co., Ltd. on September 1, when the Great Kanto Earthquake occurred (September 1 is a holiday) as an initiative to achieve a 100% fire brigade employee satisfactionfire brigade employee recruitment rate.
