In preparation for flood damage in recent years, Yokohama Disaster Risk Reduction Learning Center has expanded its facilities to experience storm and flood damage.
Through these trainings, we will deepen our awareness of the importance of early evacuation and aim for "zero escape delay" in the event of a storm and flood damage.
