①Due to an increase in the number of fires, electric fires were the highest ever.‼
In house fires, fires from stoves increased, and more than 80% of the deaths were elderly.
・The number of fires was 696, an increase of 72, or 11.5%, compared to the previous year. Among them, there were 183 electric fires (26.3%), an increase of 45 from the previous year, to a record high.
・There were 304 house fires, an increase of 38 from the previous year, 89 fires broke out from the stove, accounting for 30% of house fires. 16 out of 19 dead were elderly people aged 65 or older, 14 of them died late and died.
②The number of emergency services and transport personnel started to increase again, resulting in the number of emergency services was the second largest ever in the past.‼
・The number of emergency participations was 204,427, an increase of 9,788 (5.0%) from the previous year, the second largest in the past, following a record high of 212,395 in 2019.
・The number of transport personnel was 171,022, an increase of 6,938 (4.2%) from the previous year. The proportion of transport personnel was 56.0% by age, and 55.3% were moderate or higher by degree of illness. .
