[Press Release] Completion of disaster prevention karuta! -Free distribution to city nursery schools, etc., useful for disaster prevention education from childhood ~

As part of disaster prevention education from childhood, City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau collaborated with Iwasaki Gakuen Yokohama Nursery School of Childcare and Welfare to produce "Disaster Prevention Karuta for Infants".
This project was proposed by Iwasaki Gakuen through the Yokohama City Theme-type Co-creation Front, and was supervised by Fire Bureau and General Affairs Bureau Crisis Management Office as a graduation work for the Children's Disaster Prevention Seminar, which consists of seven third-year students attending Iwasaki Gakuen.
With easy-to-understand illustrations drawn by Fire Bureau characters and students, you can learn about disaster prevention while playing through Karuta from childhood.
The disaster prevention Karuta was commercialized by Iwasaki Gakuen. In the future, it will be distributed free of charge to 900 nursery schools in the city, and will be used at events hosted by the fire department.
