Hiyoshi Library will be open on January 19, 2022!

　Kohoku Ward has the largest population among 18 wards and is expected to grow in the future. In addition, the Kohoku Library is located in the southern part of the ward, and in light of the high need for library services in the northern area, we have been preparing to open a library agency in front of Hiyoshi Station, which has the largest number of passengers in the northern part of Kohoku Ward.
