Kohoku Ward has the largest population among the 18 wards and is expected to grow in the future. In addition, the Kohoku Library is located in the southern area of the ward, and has been preparing to open a library agency in front of Hiyoshi Station, which has a large number of passengers in the northern area of Kohoku Ward.
We are pleased to announce that the opening date has been decided on Wednesday, January 19, 2022!
