Children from Municipal Elementary Schools and others will appreciate the orchestra ~ Holding of the 2021 Heart Educational Contact Concert ~

Every year, Yokohama City holds “Mental Education Contact Concerts” for all municipal elementary schools, compulsory education schools (1st grade out of 4th to 6th graders) and elementary schools of special needs schools. This year, as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the number of participants was reduced to less than half of the capacity of the venue, and approximately 8,400 elementary school studenｔ students from 90 schools will participate.
By providing opportunities to listen to the performances of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra and improving your sensibilities for music, you will develop the qualities and abilities to live richly, and learn manners when watching classical concerts.
