Among the documents stored by the Board of Education Secretariat School Support and Regional Cooperation Division, it was found that the location of the 2017 Subsidies for School Expenses Fee Bill Claim, which contains personal information such as elementary school studenｔ student names, is unknown. The School Support and Regional Cooperation Division has confirmed all the preserved documents, but the documents have not been found, and it may have been misdiscarded in 2018.
As of April 22, 2021, there were no reports of damages such as leakage of personal information.
