Kohoku Ward's new book agency service base will be newly established in front of Hiyoshi Station!

Kohoku Ward has the largest population among 18 wards and is expected to grow in the future. However, since the Kohoku Library is located in the southern area of the ward and there is no book agency service base in the ward, there was a high need for library services from everyone in the northern area. In light of this situation, we will establish a new service base in front of Hiyoshi Station, which has the largest number of passengers in the northern part of Kohoku Ward.
