In preparation for the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9) to be held in Yokohama in 2025, we will establish a council chaired by The Mayor of Yokohama Yamanaka Takeharu on May 9 to be held in Yokohama in 2025. Related organizations and organizations in Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City will participate and work to strengthen local cooperation.
