In preparation for the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9) to be held in Yokohama in 2025, we will establish a promotion council headed by The Mayor of Yokohama Yamanaka on May 9 to support safe and smooth operation of meetings. Related organizations and organizations in Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City will participate to strengthen local cooperation.
