In the Kaigan Dori area of the Urban Renewal Special Measures Law designated as expansion in October 2018, Nippon Yusen K.K., Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and Utoc Corporation proposed a change in city planning based on the provisions of Article 37 of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration, which was designated as "proposal" on January 4, 2022.
