About holding of the 158th Yokohama City Planning Council

We hold the 158th Yokohama-shi city planning council as follows.

　Start at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2021 (or 2021)

　Multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the City Counsil Capitol Building, Yokohama City

　The meeting will be open to the public.
5 Capacity of observers
　10 people
6 Application method for hearing
　On the day, we will accept at the venue entrance from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the reception ends.
　If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
7 Press seat
　A press seat will be prepared separately from the auditorium, so please come to the venue directly on the day and speak at the reception at the entrance of the venue.
　In addition, photography in the venue will be until the beginning of the meeting (about 5 minutes).
