Yokohama City and Tokyu Corporation have concluded a comprehensive agreement on town development, and are promoting initiatives to revitalize suburban residential areas along the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, "Next-generation suburban town development."
As part of this initiative, Tokyu Co., Ltd. will utilize the vacant lot of the Aobadai Post Office owned by Japan Post Co., Ltd. to realize a new lifestyle that combines "living" and "working and working" in suburban residential areas. We will open "Splus Aobadai" in which a regional exchange function (2nd floor) and a working function (2nd and 3rd floors) will be opened.
