Yokohama City and UR Urban Organization (Urban Renaissance Agency) will conclude an "Agreement on Town Development in the Southern Area of the JR Negishi Line" on March 25, 2022.
This agreement is based on a comprehensive partnership agreement that will continue from fiscal 2010, and will consider the rehabilitation of suburban residential areas in conjunction with the rehabilitation of housing complex, etc., with a view to cooperation in future measures. The purpose is to contribute to town development.
