Based on city planning proposals in the Kaigan Dori area, we will proceed with city planning procedures.

　Regarding the Kaigan Dori area designated as an emergency urban regeneration area based on the provisions of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration, Nippon Yusen K.K., Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and Utoc Corporation based on the provisions of Article 37 of the Act. There was a proposal for a change (hereinafter referred to as "proposal").
　In response to this, Yokohama City held the Yokohama City Urban Renewal Evaluation Committee on January 6, 2022, based on the policy of Yokohama City's town development, the purpose of the Urban Renewal Emergency Development Area, and the characteristics of the Area. As a result of the comprehensive evaluation, it was determined that it was necessary to proceed with procedures such as changes in city planning.
　We make draft of Yokohama-shi based on suggestion and push forward city planning procedure including holding of city planning city draft briefing session and general inspection of city draft, holding of public hearing in future.
