Yokohama City has designated August 1 as "Citizen Food Sanitation Day".
This year, under the theme of "prevention of food poisoning caused by raw or undercooked meat," during the period including August 1.
By developing two large-scale awareness campaigns, we will conduct educational activities aiming for zero food poisoning.
